Boulsworth Hill

It has been several weeks since the sun has shown its face. Finally a break in the clouds and off to hike up Boulsworth Hill, part of Pendles three peaks.  Boulsworth Hill, at 517 metres above sea level, is on the edge of the Pennine Hills located in Wycoller County Park. It was a nice day until I was half way to the top of the hill and it started to rain. Luckly I was prepared and had all of my rain gear with me. The top of the hill offered great views of the surrounding moor (See photos) On the way down the hill, my right foot found a hole, that was covered over by some long grass, about a foot in diameter and 4 foot deep. It took me a minute to get my leg out of the hole and gather my things that I droped when I fell and continue on down the hill. Til next time.
